Facilitation Skills

Effective facilitation can transform group learning from feeling pointless and uncomfortable to being productive and worthwhile. You don’t have to be a professional facilitator to facilitate a group workshop. Anyone can learn and apply the skills required to unlock potential and drive success through effective group learning. 

A facilitator’s role is to create an environment in which sharing, learning, and decision-making flourish.
The facilitator steers the group toward an objective, and leads interactive sessions that encourage participation, foster critical thinking, and enable participants to reflect and collaborate.  Throughout this course, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the purpose and value of facilitation.
