Customer Success Manager DE

Responsible for delivering premium customer service in line with Hemsley Fraser’s strategy to maximize revenue potential, contract renewals and developing strong client relationships.

Taking ownership for new business implementation and working with clients in a consultative capacity to guide them towards best practice when launching and maintaining a blended solution and/or a hub to achieve optimum engagement and reduce attrition.

Learning Delivery Support

To provide excellent customer service to a range of clients by building successful relationships and understanding key client requirements. Responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in line with HF standards and client contractual agreements.

With client relationships being key to your success, you will be able to confidently adapt in the moment, working at a fast-pace and making decisions under pressure. You play a key role in ensuring the client teams deliver an exemplary learning experience and are passionate about spotting opportunities to make things better for you and your teammates. 

Learning Delivery Manager

 To take a leading role in implementing processes that enable the seamless delivery of blended, programmatic learning experiences. Through outstanding customer service, strong relationshipbuilding, and meticulous attention to detail, you will be instrumental in delivering impactful learning to some of our largest global clients across our services department.

You will lead and manage a team to consistently deliver a high-quality, efficient administrative service that meets and exceeds service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). With a focus on operational excellence, you’ll drive process improvements, ensure complete data accuracy, and produce insightful client-facing reports that support strategic decision-making.
