IPMA® Level A Certification Preparation

IPMA Level A is designed for executives and senior leaders who manage projects, programmes, or portfolios at a strategic level, validating their ability to shape organisational direction through complex initiatives.

This preparation focuses on transforming senior experience into high-level competence evidence, aligned with the ICB4 framework. Participants are guided to position their achievements in terms of strategy, governance, and leadership impact, while preparing for the full certification process, including application, report, and executive interview.
