Effective facilitation can transform group learning from feeling pointless and uncomfortable to being productive and worthwhile. You don’t have to be a professional facilitator to facilitate a group workshop. Anyone can learn and apply the skills required to unlock potential and drive success through effective group learning. A facilitator’s role is to create an environment in which sharing, learning, and decision-making flourish. The facilitator steers the group toward an objective, and leads interactive sessions that encourage participation, foster critical thinking, and enable participants to reflect and collaborate.
