Innovation & R&D
At Hemsley Fraser, we don’t just adapt to change — we thrive on it. Innovation isn’t a buzzword here; it drives how we think, work, and support our clients.
Our 2025–2026 Technology Roadmap lays out a bold vision: transforming learning through intelligent, responsible use of AI and the right tech mix to deliver learning where it matters most — in the flow of work.
We’re shaping the future of learning — and helping our clients do the same.
Innovation is in our DNA
In a world that never stands still, we believe the best way to stay relevant is to keep pushing boundaries. That’s why we’re always evolving — whether it’s refreshing our learning portfolio, rethinking how people engage with content, or exploring new ways to deliver real impact through behavioural science and smart design.
At Hemsley, innovation isn’t just about shiny new tech (although we love that too) — it’s about mindset. Being curious. Being bold. Asking “what if?” and “what’s next?” — and turning those ideas into practical, inspiring learning experiences.
We love showing up with fresh thinking, listening closely, and co-creating solutions that genuinely work for the people and organisations we support.

Our roadmap
As we shaped our roadmap, a few key principles guided us:
- Tech should empower people — not replace them.
- It should work seamlessly in the background, letting the learning take centre stage.
- It should help scale learning without breaking the budget.
- It should flex to fit legacy systems and be future-ready.
- And it should always be used responsibly, ethically, and inclusively.
We also looked at the bigger picture — designing innovation not just for learners, but for everyone involved: facilitators, designers, client teams, and our customer success managers too.
So, what are we doing?
