From the start of this engagement, HF developed a rapid learning architecture of 26 courses to be delivered in more than 100 locations. Within weeks, more than 40 faculty were trained to deliver the courses face-to-face and virtually.  Today, we continue to support a dedicated team for all scheduling, logistics, reporting and vendor and faculty management across the United States. In addition to training design and delivery, the client expanded the scope of the work to include change management. Our more strategic interventions, known as “Change Academies”: 

  • Are customized programs based on the goals, objectives and desired outcomes of the facility or organization
  • Provide highly-interactive group activities and exercises focused on organizational tasks and initiatives
  • Include direct application of change and leadership concepts
  • Employ multimedia components (virtual classes and mobile learning)
  • Provide follow on change and leadership coaching for teams engaged in organizational initiatives

The Change Academy approach has been used in over 40 client installations across the United States. Our team was awarded the Secretary's award for excellence in 2011.
