Organized by the LPI (Learning Performance Institute), The Learning Awards are regarded as the learning sector’s leading celebration of outstanding achievement, best practice in workplace learning and performance.
LPI judges chose Hemsley Fraser as a finalist in the People Development Program of the Year - private sector category, for its new leadership-oriented learning program delivered for BAE executives and managers.
Hemsley Fraser custom-designed the new learning program specifically for company leaders based on two levels: ‘Managing People’ - for managers with up to three years’ experience and ‘’Leading the Future’ for executives that have four or more years in a senior role.
Hemsley Fraser CEO Lynsey Whitmarsh CEO said: “We’re thrilled to be a finalist in the Learning Awards - this accolade highlights the ground-breaking work being done by our L&D specialists. We’re looking forward to the awards on February 16th to see if we win!”
