Available for delivery to groups and teams, our bite-size learning sessions are short bursts of knowledge covering the what, why, and how of a topic, and delivered at pace. Expert-led sessions can be delivered virtually, face-to-face, or you can choose a combination, and they can be run either standalone or up to three sessions in a day.

Meetings consume more and more of our time, yet they are often seen as a waste of time and money. Schedules packed with unnecessary meetings interrupt our flow and distract us from being
able to concentrate; every minute that you spend in an unproductive meeting is a minute that you could have spent being creative, effective and efficient.
How can we turn this around? How can we run effective virtual and in-person meetings that keep on time and on target, energise people about their work, and provide genuine value?
This session is relevant for both virtual and face-to-face meetings and will support you to adopt a skillset and mindset for effective meetings that can be implemented immediately.
You will be able to establish whether your meeting has been successful by focusing on key meeting objectives, and others will thank you for using their time wisely. By creating a meeting climate where everybody can participate and feel heard, you will also achieve better attendance, engagement, and participation.
