Community Art Project: Transforming Spaces
In a recent initiative, our team led by Kirsty Obbard transformed a 110m playground wall in Hastings into a vibrant mural. Working with the school council and students, we created an interactive space that encourages creative play. This project, involving 40 paint brushes and enthusiastic volunteers, demonstrates our commitment to bringing positive change to local communities through meaningful engagement.

Emissions Transparency
We're actively addressing our environmental impact through targeted analysis of our highest-emission departments. A detailed case study will highlight areas such as digital infrastructure, office operations, and business travel, helping us design effective strategies to reduce our carbon footprint and make meaningful progress toward greater environmental responsibility.
Living Wage
As a proud member of the Living Wage Foundation and an Investors in People accredited organisation, Hemsley Fraser demonstrates our commitment to fair pay and professional growth. We make sure all employees receive wages that reflect real living costs, going beyond the minimum to support financial well-being.
