Our mindset is a way of thinking - a mental disposition, or a frame of mind that shapes our thought habits. These habits affect not just how we think about the world and about ourselves; but they have an enormous impact on what we feel, what we do, and how we respond to events. A growth mindset is the core belief that we have an infinite capacity to improve, grow and develop through dedication and hard work. Developing this mindset is essential to face an unpredictable and uncertain world with determination and resilience – knowing that you are capable of overcoming anything that is thrown at you.
It will also help you to live up to your full potential, as you will extract the maximum value from every experience, challenge and setback. The good news is that mindsets are learned and can therefore be changed. In this 90 minute session we will show you how to listen out for that inner voice that tells you that you’re not capable or just not good enough; and to reframe it into something more positive and optimistic.
