Working for us

We are doing something different at Hemsley Fraser - we are promoting the importance of learning to everyone’s happiness and engagement, and to the success of the organisations they work for.

We’re passionate about making a difference through every interaction, whether resolving a client’s business need, partnering with a new supplier, or designing a new learning solution – we want everyone’s experience of us to be amazing. In fact, in our HQ facility, 'amazing' is our password (shhh)... so we're reminded of it every day!

Join the family

"The culture is why I joined Hemsley Fraser - it is friendly, open, entrepreneurial, and has high integrity... they care about people"

We’re always on the lookout for great talent!

You spend a lot of time at work,

so let’s make it a great

environment to be in!

Hemsley is a family atmosphere and some of our staff have been with us since the early days. Our average tenure is over seven years, and in today's gig-based economy we think that's saying something. In fact, over 35% of our workforce has been with us for more than five years.

While we work hard, we also have fun and support each other. There is always something going on – we have a very active social community and as an organisation, we are very mindful of the importance of human connection and fun… From our Bake-off events to the annual company-wide summer event, HF Bingo, Virtual Pizza Party to sporting challenges too. We even have our own on-site bar in one of our locations, complete with giant Jenga… oh and a video production area next door… our creativity never stops. We have different creative collaboration co-working hubs up and down the country.

And of course, you'll get a great experience, on a global scale. We work with blue-chip businesses across the world, supported from hubs in the South West UK, London, New York, Frankfurt and Ontario, Last year alone, we supported over 35,000 learners, in 70 languages and 90 countries. For the last 11 years, we’ve been recognised as a Top 20 supplier worldwide for Leadership Development and Training Outsourcing. And won the Top 20 for our Online Learning Library as well, since 2017 when the award category was first started.

We also offer:
- a chance to be a part of a great multicultural/international team
- flexible and hybrid working, with systems set up for working remotely from wherever you are
- collaborative and creative working spaces that you'll want to come into, as well as staff away days
- competitive annual leave and holidays
- gold standard benefits package, including a rewards and support platform
- enhanced maternity and paternity pay
- an opportunity to 'buy' extra leave as desired for your quality of life balance
- your birthday off work with full pay. No one should have to work on their birthday!

Embracing our values: Feeling Connected 🌟

Earlier this year, our teams came together for a day filled with adventure, team-building activities, and heartwarming conversations. From treasure hunts to a silent disco, every moment was a testament to our commitment to feeling connected.

Our Away Day provided an opportunity for everyone to step out of their usual roles and connect with colleagues on a deeper level. It's moments like these that remind us why "Feeling Connected" is one of our core values.
