Work-life balance & lifelong learning

We are committed to helping our employees achieve a great work-life balance, keep fit, and follow an ethos of lifelong learning.

On the 6th October 2019 nearly 60 Hemsley Fraser employees crossed the finish line at the Plymouth 10k and 5k running races - with huge support from the rest of the HF family (it was hard to miss the shirts)!  We love to keep fit and have fun. 

Our HF team used our Hub platform to communicate and build engagement for this event, getting employees involved throughout the whole journey, from initial sign-up to post-run sharing. It was a transformational moment for our team, and also a key insight into the power of the Hub to build momentum and interest on an employee-led team-building event.

Mini Ivy's

Ivybridge Town FC

Hemsley Fraser have sponsored Mini Ivy's training kit for the 2021/22 season. With a number of HF employees sharing a passion for football, sports and coaching - we wanted to give something back to the local community.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Hemsley Fraser for agreeing to sponsor the Under 6’s Ivybridge Football Town team. My son Grayson is part of the team of which I am the coach. The kids were so thrilled to receive their new kits and they looked so smart in them. It's great that I am part of an organisation that wants to support local teams and both me and the Mini Ivys are over the moon with the kit!
