The intensive training allows you to acquire the basics of project management incorporating the essential concepts in predictive and iterative project management. Participants will enjoy a practice-oriented introduction to project management – including predictive and agile methods. They will learn to successfully initiate, plan, monitor and close projects; handle crucial elements and apply different methods according to the project needs.
