Preparing L&D Professionals for the Age of Self-Service Learning

It's easy to see how the corporate learning function might be perceived as losing relevance and purpose in an age of increasing access to good self-service learning - why engage a whole team of L&D folks when you can simply Google it or watch a YouTube explainer? But that's missing the point. Learning, truly transformative learning, should be relevant, contextualized, and part of a journey of development. Ian Klein (Vice President, Solution Architect at Hemsley Fraser) and Candida Fridman (Hemsley Fraser Associate) discussed in this webinar the historical, current and future roles of the L&D function.
