You spend a lot of time at work, so let’s make it a great environment to be in! HF is a family atmosphere and some of our staff have been with us since the early days. Our average tenure is over seven years, and in today's gig-based economy we think that's saying something. In fact, over 35% of our workforce has been with us for more than five years.
While we work hard, we also have fun and support each other. There is always something going on – we have a very active social community and as an organisation, we are very mindful of the importance of human connection and fun… From our Bake-off events to the annual company-wide summer event, HF Bingo, Virtual Pizza Party to sporting challenges too. We even have our own on-site bar in one of our locations, complete with giant Jenga… oh and a video production area next door… our creativity never stops. We have different creative collaboration co-working hubs up and down the country.
And of course, you'll get a great experience, on a global scale. We work with blue-chip businesses across the world, supported from hubs in the South West UK, London, New York, Frankfurt and Ontario, Last year alone, we supported over 35,000 learners, in 70 languages and 90 countries. For the last 11 years, we’ve been recognised as a Top 20 supplier worldwide for Leadership Development and Training Outsourcing. And won the Top 20 for our online learning library as well, since 2017 when the award category was first started.

In the first of it's kind, we brought the whole organisation to the South West where we hosted our very own HF Festival! With over 150+ employees globally joining us to celebrate our work as a company, it was a truly magical day!
