This Session in a Box will show you how to run a 30-45 minute session with your team focused on how to approach change and challenging situations with a 'Growth Mindset'.

We recommend that you host a session during one of your regular team meetings, whenever it’s most appropriate and convenient to do so.

By running this session, you and your team will:

Learn the differences between a Fixed and Growth mindset
Know how to approach typical workplace challenges with a Growth Mindset
Make some commitments to help each other maintain a Growth Mindset
