Effective reward and recognition schemes motivate people to drive for better results, as they are separate from standard salary payments and increases. They offer incentives for actions above and beyond doing the job people have been employed to do.

This 90-minute virtual session starts by defining what is the true purpose of reward and recognition, then looks at motivators - specifically looking at hygiene and motivating factors and what is likely to motivate, and demotivate people.
The session also covers what effective reward is, and what we can do about it. Participants will leave with some practical guidance on how to recognise and reward people too.
