This 90-minute session gives participants an insight into the differences between one-to-one and 360-feedback and identifies the advantages and what can go wrong when participating in a 360-degree feedback process as well.
It goes on to explore the Johari window, looking at what we know about ourselves and provides some practical advice and guidance on getting the most out of the process too.
This session is suitable for people who may receive or participate in a 360-degree feedback process.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
