These days, creativity and innovation are much talked about. The word "innovation" is used in so many different contexts that it's hard to be clear about what it means. To help gain some clarity about the meaning, it’s helpful to know that there are different kinds of innovation, and that they can be arranged along a continuum. At the ends of the continuum we see two distinctly different kinds of innovation — Sustaining and Disruptive.
