This 90-minute virtual session focuses on three key elements of objective setting: preparing to write objectives, getting buy-in and writing SMART objectives for both tasks and behaviour. The session will enable you to make tangible connections between individual and team objectives and organisational strategy preparing you to successfully prepare and deliver appropriate objectives to your team.
