This 90-minute virtual session looks at some of the key skills required to build and sustain effective relationships at work.

There is a focus on self-awareness and communication; including asking meaningful questions, active listening, showing empathy and building trust. You will also plan ways of reaching out to people and showing your appreciation.

 

This course is suitable for anyone who would like to create strong interpersonal relationships and improve their ability to bond with other people at work.

By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Learn the skill set and mindset needed to relate to others
  • Apply a process for relating to others to build collaborative relationships
  • Build trust using the trust equation
  • Apply the social styles model to communicate effectively
