Hemsley Fraser started as a public training course provider in 1991, quickly becoming one of the largest training providers in the UK. After nearly 30 years, our business has expanded greatly to include custom client solution creation, training outsourcing provision, international faculty management, and digital training development.

Expanding our services to the US in 2006, we’ve since serviced over 30% of the Global Fortune 500, as well as partnered with several of the largest US government agencies. With a presence in the German Market since 2008 and the opening of HF Canada in 2019, we further expanded our international capability working with multiple DAX 30 Index companies.

Today, we operate in more than 90 countries, and nearly as many languages, with a vast global supply chain of industry experts at our disposal.

The heart of our operation is in our global shared services centre, located on the banks of the Tamar River, connecting Cornwell and Devon, UK. Since our company's beginning, this has been our 'home' and is still where many of our global support functions are located today - training outsourcing, supply chain management, marketing, and all internal administrative functions. Our 'campus' has grown considerably over the past few years, and is now comprised of three facilities in the UK Southwest. In fact, HF was noted as the 10th fasted growing company in the region in 2019.

Client-facing services are managed out of our various regions including employee offices in London, New York City, Frankfurt, and Montreal. Our local market teams include functions such as sales, client engagement, consulting, learning solution design, facilitation, and project management: functions where proximity to the client - and your time zone - is important.  

Wherever we are in the world, you can rest assured that the HF team members are all well-connected. In fact, most of our international clients enjoy 15-hour working day coverage from their HF support team, given our UK/US time zones and staffing coverage. Meaning it's even easier for us to help you be ready for tomorrow!
