The heart of our operation is in our global shared services centre, located on the banks of the Tamar River, connecting Cornwell and Devon, UK. Since our company's beginning, this has been our 'home' and is still where many of our global support functions are located today - training outsourcing, supply chain management, marketing, and all internal administrative functions. Our 'campus' has grown considerably over the past few years, and is now comprised of three facilities in the UK Southwest. In fact, HF was noted as the 10th fasted growing company in the region in 2019.
Client-facing services are managed out of our various regions including employee offices in London, New York City, Frankfurt, and Montreal. Our local market teams include functions such as sales, client engagement, consulting, learning solution design, facilitation, and project management: functions where proximity to the client - and your time zone - is important.

In fact, most of our international clients enjoy 15-hour working day coverage from their HF support team, given our UK/US time zones and staffing coverage.
