This 90-minute session explores the different ‘generations‘ found in the workplace, and where Gen Z fit. Participants are asked to define Gen Z based on shared experience. The benefits and challenges of working with Gen Z are addressed.
It looks at an employer offering that will attract and retain Gen Z and the key guidelines for leading Gen Z. Participants will also create a ‘Working with Gen Z essential skillset‘ and use it for self-assessment.
