This 90-minute session starts by defining what is the true purpose of reward and recognition, then looks at motivators - specifically looking at hygiene and motivating factors and what is likely to motivate, and demotivate people.
The session also covers what effective reward is, and what we can do about it. Participants will leave with some practical guidance on how to recognize and reward people too.
