Bite-size learning session

Continuous Improvement

In today’s environment of fast-paced change, organizations need continuously to learn and improve in order to stay current with service demands and customer/client needs. Those closest to the work often have the best ideas for improvements. Yet often, improvement ideas and lessons learned are identified but not implemented. Robust, structured continuous improvement can have a positive impact on team and organizational performance.
  • Define what a process is and the key elements of improvement
  • Develop meaningful a continuous improvement plan
  • Identify issues, make changes to a process and decide where to focus
  • Training options for groups/teams & organization-wide
