This course explores the key terms and definitions in the area of diversity, inclusion and cultural awareness - what they mean to us as individuals and to the organisations that we work in. By understanding the business case for diversity and inclusion, as well as the moral and social benefits, you will recognize the practical benefits of transforming your own behavior and influencing cultural change within your organization.
You will take a close look at the business practices in your organization and consider how to ensure that no one is unintentionally excluded from any area of working life.
This course is designed for anyone wishing to gain a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusion, and to improve their own cultural awareness in order to promote a more diverse and inclusive working environment.
By the end of this course you will be able to:
