The term ‘workplace culture’ describes ‘how things are done around here’. Culture is influenced by a range of different factors, from the company’s values and ethics through to the mindset and behaviours of its employees. In this collection we'll look at how to identify the culture of an organisation and how to promote more positivity in the workplace. We’ll examine some of the psychological underpinnings of positivity and discover ways of reframing our perceptions to gain a different perspective.

This session introduces participants to climate booster - six conditions that have been shown to lead to a more positive culture. Participants are then shown some tools and concepts for building a positive culture themselves as well as some practical steps for implementation after the session.
