This 90-minute session explores the big and pressing issue of combatting sexual harassment in the workplace: what is it, how to identify it, and what to do about it if you witness inappropriate behaviour. The topic will be brought alive using a number of typical scenarios, and you will also explore the global context, considering the impact of diversity & cultural differences, multiple generations in the workplace, and social media. You will also have the opportunity to practice how you might respond to sexual harassment from different perspectives.
