This 90-minute session looks at putting best practice facilitation into action and creating our group guidelines. Secondly it seeks to define the purpose of facilitation and establish understanding of what it is.
Also looked at are three key skills areas: creating participation, asking great questions and dealing with difficult behaviours.
You will learn to use a range of tools and techniques to generate enthusiasm for effective results.
By the end of this session, you will be able to:
