This 90-minute virtual session will push thinking about what is meant about having high potential available to us, and why it’s important to invest in high-potential employees.
It goes on to look at how talent can be spotted early and introduces a 9 box grid for assessing talent. It covers how to spot potential rather than performance and how to develop high potentials too. Importantly it also focusses on everyone else too and how to keep the workforce motivated.
