Remembering that stress can be positive as well as negative, this is your opportunity to explore your personal stress triggers and once identified, use our tools and techniques to develop a winning strategy for handling pressure.

  • Participants will investigate their own stress levels using the stress thermometer, and then use a three phase approach to managing stress. They will practice different meditation techniques and progressive muscular relaxation, analyze stress reducing foods and then carry out a time management exercise.
