This 90-minute virtual session is designed to give participants an overview of mentoring and coaching, and is built around a number of challenges that managers commonly face.
These include: knowing when to mentor and when to coach, how to approach a coaching or mentoring session and how to sell the benefits of coaching and mentoring to others. The session draws on relevant practices and models to suggest some ways to overcome these common challenges.
This session will help you develop questioning techniques and work to a simple structure to produce successful results.

- Use the BOFF model to structure feedback
- Discuss the important factors when receiving feedback
- Consider what behaviours are essential in delivering feedback
