This 90-minute virtual session looks at the various challenges associated with working with and leading virtual teams, which are becoming more and more commonplace in the modern working environment.
The session starts by agreeing on a definition of what a virtual team is, defines some specific strategies for managing virtual teams, investigates the role that technology plays in leading virtual teams and goes on to look at ideas for motivating a virtual team.
