This 90-minute virtual session starts by looking at the differences that exist between being an individual contributor and a manager and how to be aware of some of the more common traps that new managers are prone to falling into.
The session moves on to consider five key ingredients that need to be in place for workplace relationships to be in good health. The question is asked ‘what does my team need from me’ and finishes by discussing the giving, and receiving of feedback.
