This 90-minute virtual session begins by looking at a set of practical and useful tools and techniques that can be utilised to improve the impact and effectiveness of our communication.
It then goes onto look at what characterises effective communication as well as a model for structuring conversations. The ladder of inference is also looked at, focussing on drawing conclusions which is shaped by our beliefs and priorities.
This short session is for anyone who wants to improve their communication skills.
