Overview

This course focuses on the federal staffing specialist’s roles and responsibilities around staffing and hiring, teaches the basics around what’s required for filling a federal job, and why taking the time to do a job analysis and crediting plan is critical to the staffing process.

The goals for this class are to ensure that participants are able to understand the requirements and procedures for delegated examining as outlined in the Delegated Examining Handbook (May 2007).
