Many of today’s organizations are driven through projects. Increasingly organizational success depends upon world-class project delivery. This two-day development program defines and presents a robust model for project management that will help managers with little or no project management experience learn the fundamentals of project management.

The purpose of this program is to enable managers participating in and/or leading projects to use sound project management principles as a standard practice in managing projects. Learning this practice will include examining the key project elements of: clear role definition, alignment of the project to key business drivers, establishing an agreed charter and project plan, creating a ‘plan-do-review’ process, assessing risk and formal project closure.
