Performance management for individuals is designed to build individuals' knowledge and enhance their skills to enable them to engage actively with their manager in their performance management.

The workshop specifically develops participants’ confidence and capability in writing good objectives and development planning. Time is maximized within the workshop to allow participants ample opportunity to practice writing objectives, critique each other’s work and provide feedback.
