This session is an interactive and experiential workshop that focuses on building personal and team capacity to deal with change on a personal level.

Gain a greater awareness of the similarities and differences in the ways that individuals use to cope with change. Using this knowledge, learn strategies for managing self and others through the change process. These techniques will equip you with the skills to successfully manage people through the emotional aspects of organizational change.

This course is especially designed for supervisors and front line managers who are responsible for helping others in the organization respond to and drive change. It focuses on dynamics of self management, as well as the skills leaders need to guide a team through a period of change.
