All of Hemsley Fraser’s Managed Learning Service customers have dedicated project teams, with a senior and experienced Contract Manager who is responsible for delivering against Service Level Agreement criteria for the duration of the contract. The team can be based either on-site at the customer’s chosen location or at Hemsley Fraser/Demos head offices as appropriate. Either way we provide administration support in the local language.

Our approach to training administration services ranges from a full training administration and delegate support service, (managing participant bookings, joining instructions, scheduling, course optimization, course administration and participant follow up), through to designing and managing an online and telephone based administration service. This can be provided as a seamless extension of your organization, from a branded website through to personalised answering of telephone enquiries.

It is our intention that delegates should always feel that our people are very much a seamless part of your organization.
