Scoping Session
Our client approach begins with a short scoping session in which your Hemsley Fraser partner will facilitate a working session of key stakeholders that will be involved in or impacted by your initiative. This session will help to define requirements for the engagement and will be facilitated in such a way as to elicit a high level diagnostic of your current organizational context and the gains you would like to achieve.
Stage 1 – Assessment
Most projects will begin with some form of organizational assessment. Depending on your organizational setting, this assessment may take the form of a brief stakeholder analysis, structured individual and/or group interviews, or more formal organizational diagnostics (i.e., climate surveys). The results of this assessment will help you (the project sponsor) and your Hemsley Fraser partner to best determine an approach that will optimize your investment in our services.
