Hemsley Fraser has been awarded a contract in partnership with Orizon, Inc. to support the Department of Homeland Security’s Human Capital Accountability Audit function. Over the next few years the Department will be working to audit the human capital practices of each of its major sub-components. Our initial contract calls for us to support the very first audit and to create a replicable process for subsequent ones.

Hemsley Fraser will be providing full project management support to the audit process, including managing the audit schedule, developing the audit protocol, participating in audits, and facilitating structured focus groups and interviews. In addition, we are developing and facilitating training for the HR professionals who will be participating in the audits.

Hemsley Fraser was awarded a contract to conduct mentor and protégé training for the Department’s 2007 Candidate Development Program, an exclusive development program aimed at identifying and preparing the next cadre of Senior Executives within the agency. DOI has also contracted with Hemsley Fraser to deliver Technical Writing training.

Hemsley Fraser, again in partnership with Orizon, Inc., has won a contract to develop a custom front-line leadership program for NASA. The program, developed and piloted in June 2007, is being considered as a standard training program for all new NASA supervisors.
