Olivia J Kriebl Barrett

Olivia has 9 years experience with a Fortune 500 insurance company in the positions of Director Enterprise-wide Learning and Development for Management Development, Organizational Development Consultant, Project Manager Process Improvement and Culture Change, and HealthCare Administrator. While in these positions she facilitated key strategic meetings, provided 360o assessments and coaching nationally, provided diversity training, advocacy and strategy, co-designed and implemented the company’s Change Leadership program, and implemented national management programs. Additional experience of leadership roles in an inpatient and outpatient health care setting with responsibility for all human resource and operations needs for assigned areas. Olivia also worked with the Arizona State Board of Nursing concerning the education, evaluation and advocacy of “impaired nurses”. Olivia holds the following certifications: MBTI, DISC, MRG-Personal Directions, Six Thinking Hats - Dr. Edward DeBono, Achieve Global – Leadership for Results and Benchmarks 360 from the Center for Creative Leadership. Olivia continues to hold an active RN license. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Nursing from Arizona State University and a Master's of Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
