Marjorie Chernin

Marjorie has fifteen years experience as an independent consultant, ten years as an internal consultant and senior training specialist with Fortune 500 Boston bank and insurance companies where she focused on customized interventions and training that improved team work, management skills and problem resolution.

She introduced HR policies on issues of sexual harassment, labor relations and diversity. Marjorie is a member of high potential leadership coaching team and her certifications include Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Forum’s “Collaborative Influence”, Richardson’s “Relationship Selling” and “Negotiation Skills”, Prichert’s, “Business as Unusual”, Career Architect, Sydney Rice’s “Paper Room” (a coaching tool). Marjorie also holds a Masters of Education in Counseling, Boston University; Bachelor of Arts, Cedar Crest College, Allentown, PA in Psychology/ Sociology/Social Welfare.
