Over the past 15 years Liam has built experience as a business lecturer and management facilitator and consultant operating in a wide range of industries. Specializing in negotiation, coaching, leadership, conflict management and change management disciplines, Liam has worked closely with numerous blue-chip and Fortune 500 companies. From conducting training needs analysis to working closely with clients to create and develop the solution, Liam has helped many organizations meet their learning and development requirements.

As well as delivery of courses, Liam is also a negotiation, leadership and career development coach, working individually with clients to help them achieve greater understanding of and functionality in their business disciplines. As a lecturer, Liam has taught in a wide range of business subjects at university level for the past eight years and is a regular speaker at international conferences on leadership and marketing skills. Liam has published more than 35 articles on all aspects of business management as well as business book reviews and company profiles.
