Kerry Johnson - Head of Operations
Dr. Johnson has over 30 years experience in the learning and development field. He specializes in creating and delivering customized approaches for learning, leadership, collaboration, and team productivity. In this role he has helped leaders at all levels of the organization drive innovation and change through teamwork.
Dr. Johnson is also a pioneer in the design and use of new approaches that support leadership development, team development, and strategy execution. These approaches include action and team-based learning, knowledge management systems, and collaborative decision making and team productivity processes. He has consulted with, coached and delivered programs to senior audiences in the areas of leadership, sales, collaboration, customer-focus, and process improvement. His clients have included: Merck, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Pfizer, KPMG, DuPont, GE, Coca-Cola, Rite Aid, Dow Corning, Citicorp, Chase Manhattan Bank, PNC, Merrill-Lynch, American Express, Microsoft, Intel, United Technologies and several agencies of the U.S. Government.
Dr. Johnson has previously worked for the Forum Corporation. He held a professorship at The University of Maryland, where, in addition to teaching, he managed the Center for Instructional Design and Evaluation. The Center pioneered the use of interactive media and technology-enabled distance learning. He has also taught at Syracuse University and the University of Hawaii.
