Kathleen Haley
Kathleen partners with executives, managers and individuals to create a motivational climate, which will improve business performance by leveraging valuable human resources. Past experience includes 15 years in the seventh largest financial services institution in the US in the positions of Learning and Development Director and Organization Effectiveness Business Partner, supporting the retail bank. While in these positions she facilitated key strategic meetings, provided 360o assessments and coaching across the footprint, managed a premiere management development program, supported the employee listening initiative, launched the design and development of the corporate university concept and facilitated a multi-tiered cutting-edge leadership development program.
Additional experience includes an adjunct faculty position at a college supporting the financial services industry. Kathleens certifications include DiSC, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI, Personnel Decisions International 360 tools (Executive and Manager versions). Kathleen also holds a Bachelor’s Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration, International Business from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI.
