Jo Casson
Jo is a highly skilled Client Services professional with extensive senior management experience in Client Support Services.
A key member of Hemsley Fraser’s management team, Jo contributes to creating and maintaining a client centric environment where going the extra mile is all in a day’s work for the extremely committed and dedicated client services team.
Jo is driven by ensuring clients receive the highest quality service and this passion has led her to work on a variety of large key client engagements. This includes taking a lead role in highly complex outsourcing projects where getting it right first time is crucial. Her ability to work both strategically as well as operationally has helped to ensure both smooth implementation and on-going high quality service delivery.
Jo is a Member of the Institute of Linguists and much of her experience prior to joining Hemsley Fraser was gained working internationally for the United Nations and NATO as well as a number of blue chip organizations, such as L’Oréal.
“As a full-time working mum with two young children, my spare time is precious! What little there is I like to spend in the kitchen trying out new recipes, although I would have to admit I prefer to eat out!”
