Jill Kanter

Jill has over 20 years consulting and training experience with large, dynamic industry leaders, including Fidelity Investments, State Street Corporation, Boston Children’s Hospital, Partners HealthCare System, and Verizon. Her expertise in leadership development, team effectiveness and organizational change promotes outstanding performance and sustainable success in areas such as: employee communication, collaboration, performance management, productivity and morale.

Jill held senior positions in two consulting and training firms, prior to joining Hemsley Fraser. Her earlier work includes directing a job placement program for an international foundation, and providing career development services in two institutions of higher education. She was recently invited to join the adjunct faculty of Suffolk University’s Corporate Education Department where she teaches management development curriculum. Ms. Kanter earned her Ed.M. from Harvard University where she specialized in organizational development and corporate education. She focused her undergraduate study on counseling and career development, and earned her B.A. in Education from the University of Massachusetts.
