Helen Tracy

Helen leads Hemsley Fraser’s Technology Enhanced Learning capability and works with both national and international customers to help design and deliver innovative learning solutions to specifically match their business needs. Helen is passionate about using online communication technologies to enhance the flexibility of training provision and offer new possibilities for learning.

With extensive experience of consulting on the design of learning and development programs, Helen is committed to using appropriate technologies to promote engagement, enhance the learning experience and support the application of new skills in the workplace. With a background in online and blended learning, Helen’s private sector experience is supplemented by several years working in Higher Education on the design of e-learning materials and large scale post-graduate programs.

In addition to her e-learning expertise, Helen is an experienced trainer, having worked for several years on the design and delivery of Business English programs in Europe. Helen has Master’s degrees in e-Learning and Information Systems and is working towards a doctorate focusing on technology enhanced learning in organizations. She is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
